Flat-Rate Shipping in the U.S.

JNCO offers a flat shipping rate of $20 within most of the United States, utilizing UPS or USPS Priority. For Alaska and Hawaii, the rate is $20.

International Shipping: 

DHL offers both normal and expedited shipping options for international destinations; costs and estimated duties are determined at the time of checkout. Location-specific delivery fees apply, and foreign clients are liable for any additional taxes and customs charges. 

Processing Times:

Standard U.S. delivery takes three to five business days from the time of shipment, and orders typically ship two business days after they are placed. 

Order Tracking:

After an order ships, a tracking number is sent to the customer via email, enabling them to track it directly using UPS or USPS tracking services. 

Expedited Services: 

Although they vary by destination, expedited shipping alternatives are available for a cost and are designed to satisfy particular delivery requirements. 

Limited Adjustments and Cancellations:

Only prior to processing can orders be canceled or updated once they have been placed. For any modifications, customers are urged to get in touch with customer care right once. 

Return Window:

Items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags can be returned to JNCO within 15 days after the shipping date. Refunds are not available for returns; only store credit or exchanges are. 

Exchanges and Return Processing:

Customers can start a return by printing a return label from JNCO’s returns portal. After the items arrive at their warehouse, store credit or exchanges are conducted. 

Payment Options: 

A number of payment options are available, such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and major credit cards. 

Customs and Duties for International Orders:

Any applicable tariffs and taxes for foreign shipping are typically determined at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
